Refund policy

Returns must be in new condition, unused and un-warn. Please do not return any items that have been washed or dried or that have any perfumes or smells to them.

Any specialty items, personalized items, close out items may not be returned under warranty unless item is defective.

Acceptance of a UPS/USPS package does not constitute approval of returned items. All approved items are at the sole discretion of Mounted Horn, LLC as to the items condition and ability to be returned.

Any returns after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Mounted Horn, LLC reserves the right to refuse return of any product that is used, damaged or un-sellable for any reason.

All COD's sent to Mounted Horn, LLC will be rejected.
